All furnishings and appliances are included and as a member of the Hilltop Fishing & Boating Association you have the use of the park and your assigned boat dock with 2 slips.  Dues are approx $300 annually.

This cottage gives the owner the advantage of private dock and lake access without having to pay the high taxes of lakefront properties.  Additionally, there are (3) restaurant/bars on Turkeyfoot just down the street within walking distance.
