"...Never Met A More Accomodating Individual..."
"Hello from our family! I trust you had a good Holiday Season. Now that things are slowing down, we wanted to take a minute to share with you how happy we are in our new home. We just couldn't believe how smooth everything went, and we truly believe it was because of all your efforts. We can honestly say that we never imagined the sale of our home would happen so quickly. It ws so great to find the new home we're in now, and are convinced it's because you took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home. We have everything we asked for and more. The space in this house is incredible! The twins have several play areas and we have our dining room back! We are so very glad you represented us and we plan to tell others about your professionalism. We've never met a more accommodating individual--all those little things that we probably shoud have done--you took care of. We are thankful we met you and hope to continue our friendship. Good luck iin all your endeavors."

Financing Your Home >New Loans
If you are considering applying for a mortgage to purchase a new home or to refinance your present home, don't delay. Despite fluctuation in interest rates, lenders are still processing many new loan applications.
You should gather all the necessary paperwork before you apply, and submit your loan application as soon as possible. At a minimum, the information required by a lender will consist of proof of your earnings and a clear picture of your total monthly income and expenses. If you are self-employed, or have long-term obligations such as alimony or child support, the preparation time and the amount of paperwork increases.
Despite the need to move rather quickly for a mortgage in today's market, you should "make haste carefully." Shop carefully for your loan by comparing all costs and terms. With the number of lenders vying for your business, new and better deals are always appearing.
